I highly recommend Hanley Restoration. They are very professional and have a high level of experience that results in superior work!. We experienced a leak under our dishwasher that resulted in significant water damage in our kitchen. Half of our kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors needed to be replaced. Hanley’s Restoration was very prompt to assess and mitigate the water damage and had us in the drying out phase very quickly reducing the severity of the damage. After the water damage was addressed, Hanley’s Restoration quickly got to work helping us get our kitchen fully restored (cabinets, counters, appliances, floors). I definitely recommend Hanley’s Restoration to anyone who needs them!
The Hanley team recently restored my condo which had a major flood. This team was extremely professional, competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They also made recommendations during the Restoration Project, based upon their expertise, that were beneficial to me and the Project. Hanley’s Restoration was by far the best contractor team that I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them.

The entire team at Hanley Restoration was great to work with for our master bathroom overhaul, exterior painting, plus the gutter removal and installation. They paid attention to the important details, were always careful protecting our existing floors and walls, were a very respectful and considerate crew, and offered great suggestions and advice along the way. When we bought our new home back in Sept. 2022 the house needed a complete remodel. Jay and his crew killed it on delegating the work flow and schedule. I was completely blown away by the quality and speed of the project. We had the kitchen completely redone, cabinets, countertops, lights along with floors, doors, new ceiling, paint of interior, electrical and removal of a wall throughout the rest of the home. I will 100% use them again and highly recommend anyone to Hanley’s Restoration, Inc.
We loved working with Jason and his team! My husband and I had waited 20 years to build a porch and we wanted to have zero regrets about the design. Jason’s crew is incredible!. The attention to detail was first rate. If I was not home when they left at night the first thing, they would do the next morning was to ask me what I thought of the progress. Jason was at my house every day to check on progress. The first thing anyone says when they visit us is “your porch is so nice!” The second thing is “who did it?”
